Get Ready Bariatric Course Affiliate Program
We are so excited that you and your surgical team are collaborating with The Sleeved Dietitian in order to help provide your surgery center and your patients with more support and resources.
The purpose of the “Get Ready Bariatric Course” is to:
Help your patients begin to make the habit changes necessary in order to be successful and feel confident after surgery.
Help support you and your bariatric center in providing your patients with the education in order to understand why the habit changes are important.
As both a Registered Dietitian & bariatric patient myself, I see the pre-op process from both view points.
As a Registered Dietitian, it can sometimes be a challenge to give patients additional support due to time constraints.
As a patient, sometimes it’s a challenge to implement the changes necessary to be successful. It’s my hope that through the “Get Ready Bariatric Course” I can help support patients and professionals alike when it comes to preparing people for surgery.
Distributing the Course to Your Patients
It’s important that all of the patients that come through your program are given the Get Ready Bariatric Course. We suggest encouraging all of your patients to complete this course prior to having surgery.
The course takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
Below you will find a PowerPoint Slide as well as a printable PDF that will give your patients access to the course.
If you provide pre - op seminars we recommend adding the PowerPoint slide to your information session.
If you provide your patients with binders or packets, we suggest printing the PDF out to place in their binder/packet.
On these resources we have included a QR code so your patients can scan it and easily access the sign up page.
The T.R.I.B.E.
The Real Insights of Bariatric Eating is The Sleeved Dietitian’s main service and program. This is a membership program that has helped thousands of women and those who identify as women on their weight loss surgery journeys.

Once your patients finish the Get Ready Bariatric Course they will be given a code that is linked to your bariatric center so that they can receive 20% off of their T.R.I.B.E. Membership.
They may use this code for any of the 3 payment plan options.
It is our hope that they can continue to come to the T.R.I.B.E. where they can receive evidence based and dietitian lead trainings and education sessions as well as support on their journeys.

From there, your patients who join will receive surveys and questionnaires so we can continue to track their progress and participation.
