a registered dietitian, WLS patient, and someone who deeply understands the rollercoaster of post-op life-because I’ve lived it too.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years in the clinical world supporting patients through their weight loss journey. But it wasn’t until I went through surgery myself that I truly understood the mental, emotional, and physical shifts that come after. That’s what inspired me to blend my professional expertise with real-life experience, to help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
I specialize in post-WLS nutrition, emotional eating, metabolic adaptation, and rebuilding trust with your body. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. I believe in real-life, real-food strategies that fit your lifestyle and actually work for your post-op body. Whether you’re struggling with stalls, night-time grazing, or constantly bouncing between “on track” and “off track,” I’ll help you create structure, build confidence, and feel good in your skin again.

Hi, I’m Hannah,
I’m a registered dietitian and a WLS patient, so when I say I’ve been in your shoes, I mean it. From the nerves and excitement of starting the bariatric surgery process, to the challenges of battling regain, and all the messy, beautiful moments in between... I get it.
I specialize in weight loss and post-WLS regain, and I also have personal experience using GLP-1 medications after surgery. I know firsthand that real change doesn’t come from white-knuckling or extreme restriction, it comes from expanding your nutrition knowledge, learning how to truly fuel your body, and building habits that last.
I believe all foods fit. By removing the “good” vs “bad” labels and allowing all foods (and food groups) to have a place in your life, you can rebuild trust with your body and your relationship with food.
My coaching style is compassionate but honest. I’ll meet you where you’re at, support you through the hard days, and give you the push you need when it’s time to level up and go after those goals you’ve been dreaming of.
