UNBREAKABLE

UNBOTHERED
IS THIS YOU?
You are an elder millennial with eldest daughter energy, whether or not you were actually born first. You are a perfectionist and an overachiever, and you have the resume to prove both. You climbed the corporate ladder, or you built the company yourself and now you run it. You have the career. You have the income. You have the home, the family, the life that looks finished from every angle anyone else gets to see.
By every measure that matters to other people, you have already won.
So why aren't you happy? Why does it still feel not enough? Why do you still feel like you're not good enough?
You have a theory, and it usually starts with your body. Your weight, your face, the thing you saw in the mirror this morning that you swore you would fix eventually. It is so much easier to pick apart something tangible than it is to ask what is actually wrong underneath it. A diet has a plan. A disappointment in your own life does not.
There is a quieter reason you have not asked the real question yet, too. Who are you to be unhappy? You have the life everyone says they want. Wanting more on top of that feels greedy, almost embarrassing to say out loud, so you don't say it. You just keep going.
And you have no one in your life who relates. You try to socialize with those around you, but you feel so misunderstood, that those gatherings just make you feel lonelier, despite how many others are next to you.
What you have not let yourself sit with is this: you checked every box on the list, and you never once stopped to ask if any of it actually made you happy, or if it just looked like it should from where everyone else was standing.
If you just read that and felt caught, this room was built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
Clarity
You will finally name the thing you have been pinning on your job, your calendar, your body, anything but the real thing, for years. This is where you stop running and actually look.
Permission
You will say out loud, in front of women who do not flinch, the thing you have been too scared to want. Permission to want more, and to stop shrinking yourself in order to deserve it.
Sisterhood
A small circle of women at your level who know your real story, not the polished one. The ones you have been looking for without knowing exactly what you were looking for.
a salem retreat in october
was very intentional...
There is a version of a saying you have probably already seen somewhere online, something about being the granddaughters of the women who could not be burned. We love that idea. We just think it does not go far enough.
The women tried in Salem were not punished for casting spells. They were punished for being too much. Too outspoken, too independent, too unwilling to perform smallness for the comfort of everyone around them. Sound familiar?
You have spent your whole life being the impressive one, the capable one, the one who never lets anyone see what holding it all together actually costs you. This retreat sends you fifteen miles down the road to the one place in this country that has always understood exactly what happens to women who refuse to shrink. We are not going for the photo, although we will absolutely take the photo. We are going because those women were successful by the standards of their own time too, in their own way, and it still was not allowed to be enough. We are descended from that. We are successful women who go against the grain. We always have been, and we always will be.
This retreat also happens to fall over the new moon, exact on Saturday, October 10th, in Libra, the sign of balance and honest self witness. A new moon is when you set intentions instead of chasing them. Libra is the part of the chart that asks you to stop performing for everyone else and start being honest about what you actually want for yourself. In Her Fifth House, the fifth house itself rules joy, pleasure, desire, and creative expression, the parts of you that achievement was never built to reach. Coming home to yourself means going back to the root of who you actually are underneath everyone else's expectations. That is what this entire weekend, and this specific weekend, is built around.
MEET YOUR HOST
Jamie Mills is an award-winning dietitian, bestselling author, and entrepreneur who built a multiple seven-figure business from the ground up. A classic Capricorn with eldest daughter energy and a lifelong overachiever, she learned firsthand that checking every box and building the life you thought you were supposed to want does not guarantee fulfillment, especially when it is fueled by hustle, perfectionism, and proving.
Hi, I'm Jamie
For the last decade, I have built a life that many people would consider a dream. I am an award-winning dietitian, bestselling author, speaker, and entrepreneur who grew a business from the ground up into a multiple seven-figure brand. I am also a classic Capricorn with serious eldest daughter energy, a recovering perfectionist, and someone who has always known how to set big goals and make things happen. By every measure that mattered to everyone around me, I had built the life I always imagined.
Over the years, I learned that success and fulfillment are not always the same thing. No amount of achievement can answer the deeper questions about identity, joy, creativity, and what you actually want for your life. My work naturally evolved into helping women reconnect with themselves beneath the roles, expectations, and accomplishments that have defined them. Her Fifth House was born from that journey, and Unbothered was created for women who are ready to discover what comes after checking every box.
THE ITINERARY
subject to change | finalized details to come
Day 1, Friday | Arrival & Ritual
You arrive at the house, and you get to just be. No agenda waiting for you the second you walk in. A private chef prepares dinner for the group that night, so the first thing we do together is sit down at a table where no one is managing anything. After dinner, an opening crystal choosing ritual sets the tone for the weekend ahead.
Day 2, Saturday | The Deep Work
This is the heart of the weekend, and it falls on the new moon in Libra, the exact day for setting intentions instead of just chasing them. Guided meditation and coaching in the morning, oracle card readings woven throughout the day, and in-home spa services so your body gets some of the attention your calendar never gives it. In the evening, the group heads to the beach at sunset for a luxury "girl dinner" picnic: chicken Caesar salad, truffle fries, and a charcuterie board to end a perfect day.
Day 3, Sunday | Salem
The whole group heads into Salem for the day, just 15 miles from the house, to the one place in this country that has always understood what happens to women who refuse to shrink. The morning starts with a witchy workshop built for exactly this kind of self-discovery. After that, you are free to explore and grab lunch on your own, wander the shops, take in the history, breathe. Everyone meets back up for dinner together before heading home.
Day 4, Monday | Farewells
A slow final morning together, a closing ritual where each woman shares one truth she found over the weekend, and farewells whenever you are ready to go.

Travel Accommodations
closest airport
Logan Boston International Airport
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest major airport and is approximately 45-50 minutes from Gloucester, depending on traffic. Most guests flying in will find Logan to be the easiest and most convenient option. Rental cars, ride shares, and public transportation are all available from the airport.
Depending on how many will be arriving on October 9 via flight, shared transportation with other attendees may be an option and we are happy to support coordinating this.
closest train station
Gloucester Station
Gloucester Station, located in downtown Gloucester, is served by the MBTA Commuter Rail's Rockport Line. Guests can take the train directly from Boston's North Station to Gloucester, making it an easy option for those flying into Boston or traveling from elsewhere in New England. Gloucester station is approximately 5 minutes from the home we are staying in.
Driving in & Rideshare
An Important Note
Gloucester is approximately one hour north of Boston and is easily accessible by car. Complimentary parking is available for up to six vehicles, and spaces will be reserved for guests who let us know in advance that they plan to drive.
October is one of the busiest and most magical times of year on Massachusetts' North Shore. Because of peak fall foliage and Salem tourism season, ride shares, rental cars, and transportation services often experience increased demand and surge pricing. We recommend booking flights and transportation early whenever possible.
Your Investment
You are going to tell yourself you do not have the time. You always say that, and you always find the time for everything except yourself. This is the one thing on your calendar that is just for you.
